Replicating an old-time, full-service gas station, this amazingly detailed, HO scale kit features laser-cut basswood walls, injection-molded windows and doors, cast metal detail parts, both gravity-feed and electric pumps for modeling different eras, a large selection of signs that include a choice of three service station markings (Flying A, Texaco and Shell), illustrated instructions, and more. TGV V150 World Record Train
On April 3, 2007, the French-built V150 - a specially configured TGV train - reached a speed of 357 miles per hour to break the world speed record for conventional rail trains.
Replicating that record-setting train, this museum quality, limited edition, HO-compatible European OO scale Hornby model (the same model was presented to the engineer after his record-setting run) features a DCC-ready, powered locomotive with precision gearing, working headlights and a metal chassis; an unpowered locomotive; and three double-decker coaches, each with diaphragms and buffers, RP25 metal wheels, an authentic SNCF (French national railway) paint scheme, and more. The train measures 40" long and arrives ready to run.
