Hancock to Brunswick.
Travel along the eastern portion of CSX's busy Cumberland sub, a stretch that includes five active towers. From Hancock, you head east to visit Old Sleepy Creek, the towers at Miller and Cumbo, Paxton, North Mountain Cut, Martinsburg, the "helper" district at Hobbs, West Brunswick, and Shenandoah Jct. where the CSX and Norfolk Southern cross paths. Along the way you'll see Harpers Ferry, a W&LE grain train on the nearby Lurgan Sub, an empty stone train traverse the trestle at Shenandoah Jct., and more. Color, 1 hour.
